4th and FINAL birthday party for Noah
On Noah's actual birthday (June 22) we woke up to a delight that "GOD BROUGHT ME A BIRTHDAY PRESENT!" hahhaaaaa, yes, we woke up to a turtle in our backyard and Noah thought God brought him a present!
In true humor Uncle Wesley and Aunt Kathy bought Noah classic gifts....a snap gel hand!
\The winner for best gift Noah announced his farting putty! (thanks Uncle Wesley!)
The grand finale of gifts - - -a big boy bike from Mimi and Popeye (he really only wants the LOUD horn!)
Happy 4th Birthday Noah Blaise. You are a blessing to all of us. Keep the smiles coming, jokes to keep us laughing, the dance moves to entertain us, and above all the "I Love Yous!"

Happy 8 months
Today is Skylar MacKenzie 8 month birthday! Wow how time flies!!
Her eyes still light up when she sees us. Her laughter is so hardy especially when her big brother is sily. She is crawling everywhere especially to get Noah toys.
She truely has stollen our hearts and brings joy to our lives

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOAH
And on this day, at a routine check up....Noah Blaise Manuel was born a preemie. Just a little bigger than a #2 unsharpen pencil and 4 lbs. My best bud arrived and stole our hearts. The pictures above were during his month in NICU. He is so adorable then and now. So we are celebrating in Toy Story 3 fashion today...I cant wait for him to wake up.

Dad
Fathers are so inspirational in our lives. To a daughter a dad is a protector, a coach, a guider in life. Who our father is typically is who we marry. The cycle begins again.
I'm honored that my dad (popeye) is so important in our life as our retired wood carpenter, a coach and a great icecream babysitter. My father is so outstanding and talented. Daddy you are so loved by us all!!
Poppa is continuing the same enduring and guiding love to our children that Im appreciative in my daddy. Poppa we love you!!! Thanks for spoiling us rotten
We also have father like dads in our life. We want to share this special day with too: Papa, grandpa, parran, the godfather, And dox!! We are so blessed!

A little getaway
We are in route to the Coast! I'm thrilled to be staying at the casino/hotel for the weekend. Looking forward to seeing the entire Manuel clan for Mama and Papa wedding anniversary. Tomorrow I get to see my sorority sister and help her with items for her consignment shop. Then we are attneding cousin Emylia swim party! We head back home to celebrate Father's Day!

LIFE JOURNEYS
life will lead you in a different direction sometimes- often with a interesting outcome! well, my life has had a few momentous left turns that have produced my favorite of all favorite scenes (life's journeys).
PROUDLY, the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI the most beautiful college campus to me! Deciding to not follow the pack, I decided on a smaller college - lead me to Delta Gamma Sisterhood and my hubby!
The most interesting and educational trip......The Hotelier of Cesar Ritz in Le Bouvere, Switzerland
St Joan of Arc statue in Paris, France. Went to school in Switzerland, but we were given a weekend pass to Paris. A few of us decided we wanted to explorer. Several wrong turns and this amazingly beautiful statue greeted us!

The sunrise on my 530a walk in Manhattan Beach, California. Really hated leaving my 6 month home alone to attend Marriott Manager's Training, but the area was breathtaking and the training - well, I made two amazing friendships from the class to this day!

I was always taught of unconditional love in school. I understood that my parents love me and will provide, but didn't completely understand until Noah and Skykar came into my life.
Unconditionally I will go to work day after day in order to provide for you. Even though it's a really bad day.
Unconditionally I will love you even when I have to say stop 10 times ( getting louder each breath).
Unconditionally I know the love is returned with the hugs twinkles in your eyes smiles and I love you!
Wow, I truly maddly deeply love you Ike for blessing us with two beautiful children.

Had a great time...last night we slept at aunt Kathy and uncle Wesley house. Noah and poppa tried out the wii. Noah has requested that the birthday fairy bring him one.
We woke up early this morning to have the kids pictures with Nikki at Doubletakes Photography.
We had a blast!!
