BIG BOY ROOM ROUND #2
So with entering my 6 months of prego I knew it was time to begin the transition from Noah's room into a nursery and an office into Noah's big boy room. We are new in this area, here is our before and after of the office. We were dreaming BIG to think we could do both rooms in 1 weekend, along with our 5 year anniversary, Ike's birthday, and a baby shower for a girlfriend! THE BEFORE OF THE OFFICE
Noah was ready to start painting the moment he woke up Saturday morning.
Here he goes!

LETS GO FLY A KITE...
Yes, it was about to rain. Yes, my son only has his underware on. Yes, we are crazy, but it was a blast. Noah has been dying to fly his kite he got for his birthday. The other night after dinner he looked outside and said, "Its a windy day!" Sure enough, Noah got some flight time in before the rain came!

CHILDREN'S MUSEUM...NOAH STYLE
Noah was getting excited to follow the stars in the concrete and the bright blue doors.
The first thing he saw was the rock climbing wall and jumped at it!
This freaked him out at first, then he liked it

We spent most of the day at the boats: cruise ship, tug boat, steamboat...

A VISIT TO THE SPECIALIST
Today we visited with Dr Chau, our prego specialist. We (my mom) had numerous questions regarding my recent blood thinner shots I have to take twice a day in my belly. Dr Chau was soo vivid with her explanation that I now feel at ease with the daily shots. Dr Chau explained that pre-prego I have a protein S deficiency causing blood clots with my thick blood (texture of syrup). When you become prego your body produces more blood to share with the baby so now on top of my 40% thicker than normal, I have an additional 10% increase = if I wouldn't take my blood thinner shots I am in danger of a stroke or heart attack. After she explained this she spoke of why Noah was 2 months early...I was not receiving blood because I had clotted in the placenta. The placenta dried up and then the pain came = Noah came! Now with treating me early, I should be able to carry full term and healthy! God is Good all the time! Skylar was adorable in her ultrasound...here's a photo to share!
